By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide:

  • Physical products (some fulfilled by third-party vendors like Printify)

  • Monthly subscription services granting access to licensed trivia content for in-person trivia shows (multi-venue use permitted)

  • Digital downloads of individual games or game packs for in-person use

3. User Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Orders for print-on-demand items are fulfilled by Printify.

  • We share only necessary information with Printify to produce and ship your order.

  • For items shipped directly by us, we ship from Everett, Washington within 2–3 business days.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

  • No free trials are currently offered (future promotions may include them).

  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Refunds for defective print-on-demand items must be requested within 7 days of delivery (or as specified by Printify).

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times vary by product and carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. License Scope

Subscribers and digital download customers receive a license to use our trivia content for in-person trivia shows. Multi-venue use is allowed. Digital redistribution or resale is prohibited.

9. Digital Downloads

We offer digital products such as individual games or game packs for purchase outside of our subscription service. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for in-person trivia shows only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of digital content is strictly prohibited.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and trivia materials are owned by Skilled Cow, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or hack our site

  • Resell or redistribute licensed content digitally

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

13. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers, including:

  • Squarespace (hosting and analytics)

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Printify (fulfillment)

  • Sift (fraud detection)

  • Google Places API (address auto-complete)

Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, with exclusive jurisdiction in Snohomish County.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
